It's Sunday, or the perfect day to have a brunch. Try the Café Névé one, good food and good price. It look like the West Coast student café, where we meet for a break,
central table, big sofa of angle, light wood for a kind of hétéroclite but nice design.
You can eat their tempting chocolate chunk cookie or muffins just taken out of the oven, but if you're a salty palace, there is a splendid focaccia with poached eggs, bacon, swiss cheese, pesto and roquette salad. The tax are include, so I went out with a 15$ bill for a cinnamon scone, a cookie and a foccacia. How to resist? You have the impression to be at home, with all your friends.
Thank Sylvie for this quiet and familiar place on Rachel, and Audrey to have the idea of a sunday brunch. my first but not the last in Montreal.
