Chronique d'un préparationnaire #3

What's a pity, when you have to entertain or just have some friends for apéritif and of course you don't know what to do. 


So yesterday it was my case and I had a great idea that I wanna share with you dear readers!
Very simple and just amazing I though of it 'cause I wanna great products, with taste that can be serve with a R-Ruinart Champagne.



So I stop go round in circles and tell you all!

You take Italians crakers: Sesame seed Grisillis, with an awesome Pata Negra® ham, and slivers of very old mimolette cow milk cheese and just taste it!


A little information about the Ruinart or other Champagne, don't put it in the feezer it's an insult. Put it ,twenty minutes before the service, in an ice bucket with a little bit water and after drink it in a clean champagne flute!
